MINUTES January 7, 1993 5 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Board members agreed with Mr. McQuaid's recommendations. <br /> APPOINTMENT: James Gill - 22 Quaker Run Road <br /> Mr. Gill informed Board members he did receive a zoning <br /> sideline variance from the Board of Appeals. "The owner is <br /> requesting a 48' local variance from the on-site well to the <br /> abutting leaching facility, (lot 6) , a 39' local variance <br /> from the proposed leaching facility to abutting well, ( lot <br /> 6) , a 14' variance from the on-site leaching facility to <br /> abutting well, ( lot 11) and a 48' local variance from the <br /> on-site leaching facility to abutting well , ( lot 9) . 10 "Mr. <br /> Gill questioned Board members as to whether they would con- <br /> sider granting the necessary variances if the owner were to <br /> agree to tie-into public water once available. " <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned the distance from the leaching <br /> facility to the edge of wetlands as it is not delineated on <br /> plans and questioned whether the Conservation Commmission <br /> agent has forwarded any correspondence on this lot. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Mr. Gill prior to variance relief <br /> from this Board the must file with the Conservation Commis- <br /> sion. "I would recommend the Board consider septic and build- <br /> ing permit approval with the stipulation the owner file a <br /> deed restriction with the Registry of Deeds stating no cer- <br /> tificate of occupancy will be issued until the Water District <br /> confirms the dwelling is connected to,public water. " <br /> Mr.,� Ball motioned to grant variance relief from the <br /> on-site well to the abutting leaching facility, ( lot 6 & 7 <br /> Quaker Run' Road_ ) and variance relief from all abutting wells <br /> within ` a 150' radius of the on--site leaching facility with <br /> the stipulation the owner file a deed restriction with the <br /> b Registry of Deeds 'stating no 'certificate of occupancy will be <br /> issued until the dwelling ,is connected to public water, <br /> should the owner withdraw proposals for well installation on <br /> the lot the deed restriction as stipulated by this Board is <br /> null and void, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Bruce Murphy - 42 Elisabeth Island Road <br /> Mr. Murphy was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr. Murphy stated, "the owner is proposing to enclose <br /> the porch area, add a deck and upgrade the existing leaching <br /> facility" . "In order to upgrade the system a pump mounded <br /> vault system is proposed which will require variance relief. " <br /> "On June 18, 1992 this Board approved the system as proposed <br />
