" "Obviously, I didn't <br /> know the procedure. " "He then said there is a sign out there <br /> which there was not. " "Finding there was no sign he placed <br /> one out there. " "Next thing I knew he was taking ' down my <br /> sticker number. " "I then questioned him as to what he was <br /> doing to my car, which he responded nothing. " "I questioned <br /> j what information he took from my vehicle. " "He responded, <br /> "I'm just doing my job, next time I tell you to put your <br /> trash back in your car, do it. " "He then proceeded to tell <br /> me how he was almost like a law enforcement officer. " "I <br /> felt this could have been accomplished with a little more <br /> professionalism and tactfulness. " "I would like my license <br /> plate and sticker number removed from the report. " <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. McQuaid as to whether he has <br /> received an "Incident Report" . <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "no. " <br /> Mr. Greelish explained to Mr. Miller that the system at <br /> the Transfer Station is not foolproof and apologized for the <br /> discourteous way he was treated. <br /> Mr. Miller suggested the gate attendant inform residents <br /> when the truck transfer is taking place. <br /> Mr. Greelish ensured Mr. Miller that this Board will <br /> speak with the Contractor and the individual. Mr. Greelish <br /> directed the Agent to inform the landfill contractor of the <br /> incident. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Peter Watts - Cape Poultry Farm (composting) <br /> Mr. Watts was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Watts presented a written synopsis of what he cur- <br /> rently composts and relayed he has a site assignment from the <br /> Dept. of Agriculture and D.E.P. . " "I currently own 27 acres <br /> in Forestdale. " "Future proposals include a wholesale nurs- <br /> ery for landscapers in hopes they will return with their wood <br /> waste.
