Joseph DiMa io re: -Exchange of fill at the <br /> town landfill area <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "I am in receipt of a letter from <br /> S. Joseph DiMaggio indicating the situation that he explained <br /> to us regarding the clay he had brought in and exchanged for <br /> sand. " "The Health Agent did forward permission for this ex- <br /> change to take place. " "I am convinced that there was no <br /> malice or intent other than trying to be cooperative. " <br /> Norman Grossman - Wllowbend <br /> Mr. Grossman was in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Grossman stated, "The owner is proposing to con- <br /> struct a snack bar on the tenth green. " "The reason for this <br /> location is the close proximity to town water and electrical <br /> poles. " "The owner is also proposing restrooms in the vicin- <br /> ity of the 15th and 16th green. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended Willowbend continue submitting <br /> monthly water usage reports. <br /> i <br /> Board members did not express any concerns regarding the <br /> proposed snack bar or restroom area however, agreed water us- <br /> age reports are to be submitted on a monthly basis. <br /> Peter Watts - Cape Cod Poultry Farm <br /> Mr. Watts was in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Watts presented a contractual agreement between the <br /> town and Cape Cod Poultry Farm for composting at the land- <br /> fill. <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Mr. Watts he is guaranteed the <br /> composting job. "This Board must consult with Town Counsel <br /> to ensure the agreement is legal and proper. " "The issue of <br /> the newspapers will be placed on hold until the fall. " <br /> 3 . ) Revised_recycling proposal from- innovative Waste Ser- <br /> vices - Board members will review the proposal. <br /> 4 . ) Memo re: Bgiarwood - Acknowledged. <br /> 3 <br /> i + ' <br />
