"The owner's were informed they are required to pay the $50. 00 fee per housing inspection however, they have stated they are a nonprofit organization. " Mr. Greelish stated the information provided to this of- fice does not indicate the facility as a nonprofit organiza- tion. " "This Board will accept State and/or Federal proof of nonprofit status. " 7. ) Copy of Q.E.P. letter to Cape Cod Holiday Estates T re: Water - Mr. McQuaid relayed, '"D.E.P. is requiring Cape Cod Holiday Estates to tie into public water. " Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to request a copy of the consent order. 8. ) Copy of letter from Weston & Sampson to D.E.P. re: Waste Ban Response - Acknowledged. 9. ) Expansion of Bagel Basket oReration - Mr. Evans re- layed, "In my opinion the expansion complies with State and local requirements. " Request for Retail Food license. "Ghelfi's Candies" - Mr. Evans relayed he inspected the facility and found it meets State and local requirements. " "The owner is requesting a retail food permit for the sale of candy only. " "No candy will be made at the premises. " Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 1993 Retail Food license to the establishment doing business as "Ghelfi's Candies" , Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. 10. ) Animal Inspector nomination papers - Mr. Greelish mo- tioned to appoint June Daley, Mashpee Animal Control Officer, as Animal Inspector and Mr. David Lowrance, D.V.M. , as As- sistant Animal Inspector for a term of one year effective March a, 1993 to February 28, 1994, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. .11. ) WQ shop_ announcement "Coastal Bank Erosi612" 3Z19f93 - Acknowleoged.
