Mr. <br /> McQuaid indicated he had received a call from counsel re- <br /> questing information in this matter and requested we fax <br /> documents to them. I questioned how a Dept. Head (D.P.W. ) <br /> could request Town Counsel service for the benefit of a pri- <br /> vate individual. Town Counsel subsequently called back indi- <br /> cating they did not need documents, they were simply re- <br /> searching the process of granting an easement on town <br /> property. Letter acknowledged. <br /> F.Y.I. <br /> Meeting with Stetson Hall 3 23 93 @ 10:00 a.m. re: ATSDR. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Planning Board Public Hearing Notices -_4/7/93 . Discussion <br /> took place regarding the proposed article #6 which creates a <br /> new Residence District in the Popponesset Beach area with a <br /> minimum lot size of 6000 sq. ft. . Mr. McQuaid indicated that <br /> this would probably affect the New Seabury "Aunt Jane's Rd. " <br /> development. <br /> a 6 <br /> Article #2 regarding B&B's was also discussed. <br /> The Boardidirected the Agent to forward a memo to the <br /> Planning Board indicating their support of Article 2 on the <br /> condition B&Bs meet all local and State Sanitation Code re- <br /> quirements (Food Service & Title V) . <br /> They also wanted the Planning Board to be made aware <br /> that they object to Article #6 which would increase the den- <br /> sity in this extremely sensitive area. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Perk extension re nest 78 Popponesset Isi. Rd. , Wachten- <br /> heim. Perk was done in 1991 but construction was delayed due <br /> to the bridge condition. Plans were previously approved on <br /> the condition the engineer revise the plan to shown the in- <br /> stallation of the reserve along with the primary. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a six month extension <br /> from this date. All agreed. <br /> Transfer station violations: Board requested AA Towing and <br /> James Sivco appear before Board to discuss violations. <br /> Lakeside Trailer Park: Board requested Agent to research <br /> status of Mr. Haney's compliance with the Board's require- <br /> ments. All permit requests are to come before the Board. <br /> BFI Recycling Proposal: Agent instructed to arrange meeting <br /> with Mr. Paltz (BFI) , Mr. DiMaggio and Board to discuss spe- <br /> cifics of contract. Meeting tentatively scheduled for a week <br /> from Tuesday ( 3/30/93) at 7:00 p.m. . Board members agreed <br />
