MINUTES April 15 , 1993 6 BOARD OF HEALTH Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 23' local variance from the on-site well to abutting leaching facility, (#31 Pondview Ave. ) , A 21' local variance from on-site well to abutting leaching facility, (#22 Shorewood Dr. ) and a 12' local vari- ance from the on-site well to abutting leaching facility, (#14 Shorewood Dr. ) , with the stipulation the owner sign and file with the Registry of Deeds the affidavit which states i they must tie into public water once available, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. 8 SHORE DRIVE - Mr. McQuaid explained, "This is an existing house which the owner would like to renovate by increasing the bedroom space from 3 to 4 bedrooms. " "The owner proposes to add a second level to a portion of the dwelling to accom- modate the additional bedroom. " "The existing leaching fa- cility consists of a 1000 gallon tank and a pit. " "In my opinion the pit is not adequate for the addition therefore, I requested an upgrade to current Title V requirements. " "The owner is requesting a 50' variance from abutting well , (#6 Shore Drive) , to the on-site leaching facility. " Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to inform the engineer that the owner of house #6 Shore Drive must submit a letter stating no objection to the . proposed upgrade. Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 50' local variance from abutting well, (house #6 Shore Drive) , to the proposed on-site leaching facility with the stipulation the owner of 4 house #6 Shore Drive submit a letter to the Board of Health stating no objection to the upgrade, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. DISCUSSION 1991 ATM ARTICLE 8 - Discussion took place regarding with- drawal of $100,000 . 00 which was appropriated at the May, 1991 Annual Town Meeting. I MAY 4, 1993 MEETING AT MMR RE: REGIONALIZATION -- Acknowl- edged *****NEW BUSINESS***** Lot 43 Starboard Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivision. " "The owner is requesting a 47' local variance from the on-site leaching facility to the on-site well. Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 47' local variance from the on-site leaching facility to the on-site well, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed.
