:1 f' TOWN OF MASHPEE BOARD OF HEALTH May 20, 1993 Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present: John T. Doherty, Steven R. Ball and Stephen J. Greelish THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman 1 . ) Warrants signed 2. ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of May 13 , 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. 3. ) Human Services Contract Renewals - THORNE CLINIC - Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the proposal submitted by the Thorne Clinic, (authorized at the May 3 , 1993 Annual Town Meeting) , for fiscal year 1994 in the amount of $3500.00, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. CAPE COD HUMAN SERVICES, INC. (formerly The Center for Indi- vidual and Family Services) - Mr. Greelish motioned to ac- cept the proposal submitted by Cape Cod Human Services, (au- thorized at the May 3 , 1993 Annual Town Meeting) , Inc. for fiscal year 1994 in the amount of $5650.00, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. CAPE COD COUNCIL ON ALCOHOLISM - Mr. Greelish motioned to accept the proposal submitted by the Cape Cod Council on Al- coholism, (authorized at the May 3 , 1993 Annual Town Meeting) , for fiscal year 1994 in the amount of $2500.00, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. At this time Board members forwarded their signatures to the Human Service Contracts for fiscal year 1994 as stated above. 4. ) Letter from Barnstable re: Grease loads - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The town of Barnstable has indicated they would be interested in entering into an intermunicipal agreement for disposal of septage and grease from Mashpee. " "Grease would be accepted at the facility at 9 cents per gallon. " At this time, (7:16 p.m. ) , Mr. Greelish motioned to enter into Executive Session, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed.
