MINUTES May 27, 1993 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> I <br /> i <br /> to the proposed on-site well , a 38' local variance from abut- <br /> ting well, (#74B) , to the proposed on-site leaching facility, <br /> a 20' local variance from abutting well, (#76A) , to the pro- <br /> posed leaching facility and a 38' local variance from abut- <br /> ting well, (71B) , to the proposed on-site leaching facility. " <br /> "I would recommend variance approval. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by <br /> Mr. McQuaid with the stiuplation the owner sign the affidavit <br /> which states they will tie-in to public water within 60 days <br /> of availability, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 89 SHIELDS ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed the owner is request- <br /> ing # a 15' local variance from the proposed on-site well to <br /> the proposed on-site leaching facility, a 38' local variance <br /> from the abutting leaching facility, (#72B) , to the on-site <br /> proposed well, a 42' local variance from the proposed abut- <br /> ting well , ( #75A) , to the proposed on-site leaching facility, <br /> a 15' local variance from the proposed abutting well, (72B) , <br /> to the on-site proposed leaching facility and a 5' local <br /> variance from.the •proposed abutting well, (72B) , to the pro- <br /> posed on-site leaching facility. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by <br /> Mr. McQuaid with the stipulation the owner sign the affidavit <br /> which states they will tie-in to public water within 60 days <br /> of availability, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9. ) Willawbend fitness center temporary septic plan - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "Full use of the fitness center will not <br /> take place until such time as the treatment plant is on line, <br /> (anticipated time - November, 1993) . " "Monthly water usage <br /> reports will be submitted which will confirm that the actual <br /> discharge of the complex will fall below the design capacity <br /> of the system, (actual 1,241 gallons per day) ." "Full mem- <br /> bership to Willowbend Golf Club will allow access to the com- <br /> plex. " "Application solely to the swimming complex or tennis <br /> complex will require a separate membership. " "A variance is <br /> requested from the regulation which requires the installation <br /> of a reserve. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the variance from the <br /> regulation which requires the installation of a reserve and <br /> to approve plans as requested with the stipulation water us- <br /> age reports are submitted on a monthly basis, Mr. Ball sec- <br /> onded, all agreed. <br /> 10. ) Proposed letter to se to a haulers - Board members <br /> agreed to forward the letter as presented with a reminder <br /> that all pumpers will still require to be licensed annually. <br />
