" "I would recommend variance approval. " Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid with the stiuplation the owner sign the affidavit which states they will tie-in to public water within 60 days of availability, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. 89 SHIELDS ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed the owner is request- ing # a 15' local variance from the proposed on-site well to the proposed on-site leaching facility, a 38' local variance from the abutting leaching facility, (#72B) , to the on-site proposed well, a 42' local variance from the proposed abut- ting well , ( #75A) , to the proposed on-site leaching facility, a 15' local variance from the proposed abutting well, (72B) , to the on-site proposed leaching facility and a 5' local variance from.the •proposed abutting well, (72B) , to the pro- posed on-site leaching facility. " Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid with the stipulation the owner sign the affidavit which states they will tie-in to public water within 60 days of availability, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. 9. ) Willawbend fitness center temporary septic plan - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Full use of the fitness center will not take place until such time as the treatment plant is on line, (anticipated time - November, 1993) . " "Monthly water usage reports will be submitted which will confirm that the actual discharge of the complex will fall below the design capacity of the system, (actual 1,241 gallons per day) ." "Full mem- bership to Willowbend Golf Club will allow access to the com- plex. " "Application solely to the swimming complex or tennis complex will require a separate membership. " "A variance is requested from the regulation which requires the installation of a reserve. Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the variance from the regulation which requires the installation of a reserve and to approve plans as requested with the stipulation water us- age reports are submitted on a monthly basis, Mr. Ball sec- onded, all agreed. 10. ) Proposed letter to se to a haulers - Board members agreed to forward the letter as presented with a reminder that all pumpers will still require to be licensed annually.
