Y <br /> MINUTES May 27, 1993 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> held but instead a compromise has been reached between the <br /> Cape Cod Commission and New Seabury which states the Commis- <br /> sion approves of the two treatment plants conditional upon <br /> the town of Mashpee's regulation which requires an indepen- <br /> dent engineering firm to review the two treatment plants at <br /> New Seabury's expense and that the density for residential <br /> units and commercial footage may not be shifted. " "This is a <br /> draft agreement. " "A public hearing will be scheduled within <br /> the next two weeks. " <br /> i <br /> Board members will review for comment at the next meet- <br /> ing. <br /> Pumping Application - Geltz Septic Services <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 1993 pumping license to <br /> "Geltz Septic Services" , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> Memo from Town Clerk re: Transfer Station Landfill <br /> I <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "A resident of Lakeside Trailer Park <br /> requested a landfill sticker from the Town Clerk and was de- <br /> nied. " <br /> Mr. Doherty directed Mr. McQuaid to ensure dumpsters are <br /> available for all residents within the trailer park and to <br /> also ensure residents are permitted a landfill sticker. <br /> i <br /> Lakeside Trailer Park license <br /> I <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a 1993 Trailer Park li- <br /> cense to Lakeside Trailer Park, Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Letter from Fields Point re: North Market Street <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The Planning Board is requiring <br /> the installation of numerous monitoring wells. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "There is no discharge. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Storrs indicated there are <br /> many monitoring wells up gradient and down gradient of the <br /> treatment plant which should suffice. " "Mr. Storrs is re- <br /> questing the Board of Health forward a letter to the Planning <br /> Board waiving that requirement however, would be agreeable, <br /> pr,.ior to Board of Health sign-off on the building permit, to <br /> the installation-of one or two monitoring wells to test for <br /> v.o.c. 's, nitrogen; etc. down gradient of the parking lot. " <br /> h <br />
