MINUTES August 12 , 1993 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the 251• local variance . <br /> and waiver for well installation as requested with the <br /> stipulation a water test is received prior to issuing the , <br /> certificate of occupancy which indicates potable.jwater� on the <br /> site and the owner sign the affidavit which stipulates public <br /> water hookup once available, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> At this time - Mr. Ball joined the.meeting as . an . active <br /> Board member. <br /> 8. ) Proposed septaae disposal regulation - Mr. Bail mo- <br /> tioned to adopt the regulation as drafted by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. <br /> Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9. ) Memo from Con. Comm. re: Santuit Pond - Mr. McQuaid <br /> recommended the Board forward a memo to the Conservation Com- <br /> mission stating if any complaints are received they should be <br /> directed to the Pesticide Board. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 10. ) Revised recharge plan and errata sheets re: Flat Pond - <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "According to the engineers calculations <br /> their intercept point is in the pond. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "In my opinion, New Seabury is not <br /> going to agree to another postponement from the Planning <br /> Board's mandated decision. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "New Seabury will still be re- <br /> quired to answer the hydrogeological problem to our Board. " <br /> "The hydrogeologist will have to convince us there is more of <br /> a margin than appears to be in this report. " <br /> 11. ) Correspondence- re: D.E.P. landfill pollution payment <br /> request Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Town Counsel has prepared <br /> this response to D.E.P. . " <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 12. ) Variance requests - 13 Palmer Road 428 Monomoscoy Road <br /> and 59 Neshobe Road <br /> 13 PALMER ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a preapproved <br /> subdivision with well and septic layouts. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a 25' local variance from <br /> the on-site well to the on-site leaching facility, Mr. Ball <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 428 MONOMOSCOY ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Plans were be- <br /> fore this Board some time ago at which time the Board re- <br />
