"The engineers are of the opinion new plans are not necessary as original plans are on file and approved. " "This is an emergency repair with no increase in habitable space. " Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- gency Repair Certification" form. *****NEW BUSINESS***** i Perc. test extension re uest - 61 Yardarm Road Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is requesting a six month perc extension." "The lot was perked in 1985 and again in 1992. " "This is a first perc. extension request." Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a 6 month perc. extension from date of expiration, Mr. Doherty seconded. Emergency Failure Certification - 34 Huron Avenue Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the system in obvious failure. " Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- gency Repair Certification" form. Discussion a. Explanation of Articles - Mr. McQuaid stated, "Weston & Sampson did provide the explanation to the articles proposed for the upcoming town meeting. " Mr. Greelish recommended reducing the request for $50,000.00 to $20,000.00. "If we should need additional funds we will submit an article in the Spring. " Mr. McQuaid commented, "Based on my conversation with Mike Scipione today, in my opinion $20,000.00 will be ad- equate. " Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to reduce the amount requested from $50,000.00 to $20,000.00. b. Proposed pre-treatment facility time schedule - Mr. McQuaid commented, "The Executive Secretary is requesting a copy of the time schedule. "
