" "Based on the information that we have <br /> available we feel that more than 50% of the neighborhood is <br /> affected. " "But the one factor that we still have to look at <br /> is that information is very recent and is based on screening <br /> information which needs to be validated through E.P.A. a cer- <br /> tified laboratory. " "That information may be available in 30 <br /> to 60 days. " "When we receive that information it should <br /> correlate to what we know. " "If that is the case we could <br /> negotiate with Mashpee to provide and additional $500. 00 to <br /> the homeowners in West Briarwood.
