" <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair Certification" form. <br /> 4 Tri-Town Circle (134) <br /> I <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "We received an anonymous call re- <br /> garding a family residing at 34 Tri-Town Circle who are with- <br /> out water, heat and electricity. " "There are two children <br /> living at the dwelling- and -they are -above the age limit for <br /> mandatory electricity. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I notified the owner, Richard <br /> Halpern of the circumstances and then contacted the Water <br /> District to see if a meter could be placed at the hydrant <br /> with a water hose connection so that the tenants could im- <br /> mediately get water" "I then contacted Commonwealth Electric <br /> and requested they come to some sort of agreement as their is <br /> an eighteen month old baby in the house. " "A representative <br /> of Commonwealth Electric informed me the bill must be paid in <br /> full as the tenants had illegally reconnected their electric- <br /> ity. " <br /> Mr. Greelish recommended a health agent contact the <br /> Housing Assistance Corp. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Visiting Nurses Association has <br /> agreed to make a visit to the home. " <br /> Mr. Doherty directed the health agent to contact him <br /> should the V.N.A. be denied access into the dwelling or cir- <br /> cumstances change. <br /> ********** <br />
