MINUTES October 7 , 1993 6 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to deny the requested variance re- <br /> lief without prejudice, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . ) Comments from D.E.P. re: Transfer Station permit - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "Weston & Sampson did receive a copy. " <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 4 . ) Letter from G. Eynation re: 55 Uncle Edwards Rd. -- Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "A previous complaint was received regarding <br /> the illegal disposal of building debris. " "New Seabury is <br /> installing a new road and using one of their empty lots to <br /> stockpile some of the fill that there putting in trenches for <br /> the road drains. " "The previous pile of construction debris <br /> was removed however, Mr. Eynation has submitted a letter <br /> which states additional debris has been stockpiled and he is <br /> concerned with the possible contamination of his private <br /> well . " "I did inform Mr. Eynation the Building Inspector and <br /> I would visit the site to determine if there could be any <br /> health or zoning violations. " <br /> Acknowledged. T __ <br /> 5. ) Proposal from P K Contracting re: White Goods - Mr. <br /> Doherty stated he will follow-up on this matter. <br /> 6. ) Correspondence from D.E.P. re: Payment re uest - Ac- <br /> knowledged. <br /> 7. ) Correspondence from Weston & Sampson re: Cha ter 30B - <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "At the most recent T.E.A.C. a represen- <br /> tative of Weston & Sampson, Mr. Jack Joels, questioned the <br /> progress with the treatment plant. " "I informed Mr. Joels <br /> things were progressing well and we would probably be going <br /> out to bid in the near future. " "Mr. Joel's informed me un- <br /> der Chapter 30B the hiring of the design engineer for the <br /> pretreatment plant does not have to go out to bid. " <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "We will be issuing an R.F.P. . " <br /> 8 . ) Emergency repair - 429 Monomosco Road - Mr. McQuaid <br /> relayed, "I inspected the site and found the cesspool full . " <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I passed by the area and witnessed <br /> work being performed at the site. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I did say it was an emergency to <br /> the point where immediate repair was required. " "Mr. McQuaid <br /> stated, "The Conservation Commission did sign-off on the <br /> emergency repair. " <br />
