MINUTES October 14, 1993 4 BOARD OF HEALTH Mr. Greelish stated, "Mr. Halpern should be notified im- mediately that he is to have the dwelling tied in to public water within 48 hours. " "I would recommend this Board re- quire an Agent to follow-up on whether power has been restored. " "Should any problems arise the Agent is to inform the tenants that a Board of Health member will perform a house inspection. " Board members agreed. ********** *****NEW BUSINESS***** Pizza Prima Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Pizza Prima is under new manage- ment. " "In meeting with the Building Inspector and Plumbing Inspector it was agreed, under the new plumbing code, a sec- ond bathroom is required. " "Seating capacity is under 20 therefore the bathrooms are not required to be accessible to the public. " "I performed an inspection and will return for . . _ a reinspection- in two weeks-;" Mr. Ball motioned to issue a 1993 Food Establishment li- cense to Peter Groemmer d/b/a Pizza Prima, Mr. Greelish sec- onded, all agreed. variance request - 15 -Sturgis Lane Mr. McQuaid relayed, "There is an existing dwelling and well on the property. " "This is a proposal for an upgrade to Title v requirements. " "The owner is requesting a local 36' variance between the proposed on-site leaching facility and the existing well . " Mr. Greelish motioned to grant the 36' variance as re- quested, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. 19 Tide Run Mr. McQuaid relayed, "In 1989 original plans were sub- mitted. " "We informed the engineer the perk had expired. " "A new perk was witnessed. " "Plans were submitted which are identical to original plans with the exception of the new perk data. " "On August 3 , 1989 the Board granted a wetlands variance, (from the edge of the bordering vegetated wetlands to the proposed active reserve) . " "I would recommend we re- quest the engineers attendance at an upcoming meeting. " Board members agreed to request the engineer's atten- dance at an upcoming meeting.
