" "Seating capacity is under 20 <br /> therefore the bathrooms are not required to be accessible to <br /> the public. " "On August 3 , 1989 the Board granted a wetlands <br /> variance, (from the edge of the bordering vegetated wetlands <br /> to the proposed active reserve) .
