Greelish <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1 . ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Bail motioned to accept the minutes of October 14, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3 . ) 1994 Fee Schedule for Chairman' signature) - Mr. <br /> Doherty signed the 1994 fee schedule. <br /> 4. ) Letter from D.E.P. re: Landfill classification & memo <br /> from B.C.H.E.D. - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Weston & Sampson <br /> were instructed to file for an appeal prior to November 15, <br /> 1993 . " "They will request a reclassification from sig- <br /> nificant to potential. " "Research by both Barnstable County <br /> and Weston & Sampson did indicate the contamination beneath <br /> the Summerwood Condominiums did not originate from the land- <br /> fill. " "Once the meeting date has been scheduled I will no- <br /> tify Barnstable County so that they may attend. " <br /> 5. ) Copy of letter from Weston & Sampson to D.E.P. re: La- <br /> goon closure - Acknowledged. <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to notify D.E.P. in <br /> writing that all correspondence regarding the lagoons should <br /> be directed to the Board of Health. <br /> 6. ) Letter from "Save Humarock" re: Title V - Acknowl- <br /> edged. <br /> APPOINTMENT: M. Grotske/New Seabury - 13 Wheelhouse Lane <br /> Mr. Grotske did not attend this scheduled appointment <br /> however, Mr. Fohlin, (abutter) , was in attendance. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Grotske is not in attendance <br /> as plans have been revised and no longer require variance re- <br /> lief however, they will require review by the Conservation <br /> Commission as the lot is within the flood zone. " <br />
