" "The Conservation Commission <br /> did verify there is a bordering vegetated wetland within 53' <br /> of the proposed reserve system. " <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned the delineation of a wetland 12' <br /> above water. <br /> Mr. Bail motioned to continue this variance request one <br /> week, Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> Board members agreed the Conservation Commission agent <br /> should be notified of a possible error in the edge of <br /> wetlands delineation. <br /> DISCUSSION - Briarwood Water Supply <br /> Residents within the moratorium area were in attendance <br /> for discussion. <br /> Mr. Ball relayed, "The Board of Selectmen have agreed to <br /> waive the plumbing fee for 12 residents within the moratorium <br /> area. " ' <br /> Mr. Duane Brown, (82 Ashumet Ave. ) , indicated to Board <br /> members that he never received a letter nor is his name on <br /> the list of residents located within the moratorium area. <br /> Mr. Ball confirmed that Mr. Brown is located within the <br /> moratorium area and apologized for the oversight. Mr. Ball <br /> informed Mr. Brown he would contact the Water District and <br /> have his name added to the list of residents who are eligible <br /> for a reduction of the water service fees. <br /> AT THIS TIME - Mr. Doherty stepped down from the meeting as <br /> he had personal business to attend to. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "It is my opinion that we should <br /> enforce the moratorium. " <br /> Upon motion duly made by Mr. Greelish and seconded by <br /> Mr. Ball voted to require public water service all dwellings <br /> located in the moratorium area, enacted by this Board on Oc- <br /> tober 15, 1985, by June 1 , 1994 . <br /> 7. ) Septic permit extension request from New Seabury, 2 <br /> Daniel's Island Road 6 & 14 Wading Place - Mr. McQuaid ex- <br /> plained, "These are three contiguous lots that were approved <br /> by the Board in October of last year. " "The owner is re- <br /> questing a one year extension of the septic permit. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a 6 month pert. extension <br /> for the above mentioned lots with the stipulation an agent of <br />
