" <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 24' local variance from <br /> abutting well (lot 36B) to the proposed on-site leaching fa- <br /> cility, a 37' local variance from the proposed well servicing <br /> lot #39 to the abutting leaching facility, ( lot 36B) , a 35' <br /> local variance from abutting well, (lot 38) to the proposed <br /> on-site leaching facility and a 40' local variance from the <br /> proposed well servicing lot #39 to the on-site leaching fa- <br /> cility with the stipulation the easement is filed with the <br /> Registry of Deeds and the owner shall connect to public water <br /> upon availability, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 37 Nobska Road, ( lot #38) - Mr. Michniewicz relayed, "We are <br /> requesting both State and local variances for this lot. " <br /> "Due to the location of the abutting well on lot #36B we are <br /> forced to push the leaching facility as far over as we can. " <br /> "The system is a 3' x 3 ' leaching trench 20' long with a re- <br /> serve area -alongside. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 38' local variance from the <br /> proposed well servicing lot #38 to the on-site leaching fa- <br /> cility, a 40' local variance from the proposed well located <br /> on lot #39 to the proposed on-site leaching facility, a 49' <br /> local variance from abutting well , ( lot 36B) , to the proposed <br /> on-site leaching facility, a 48' local variance from the pro- <br /> posed well servicing lot #38 to the abutting leaching facil- <br /> ity, (lot 36B) , a 7' State sideline variance from the abut- <br /> ting vacant lot and a 5' State sideline variance from the <br /> front property line, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 53 Tobisset Street lot 76A - Mr. Michniewicz stated, "We <br /> are proposing to combine lot #76A and the small lot adjacent <br /> to it. " "We are requesting a Ill local variance from the <br /> proposed on-site well to the abutting leaching facility, (lot <br /> 75B) , a 12' local variance from the proposed on-site well to <br /> the abutting leaching facility, (lot 72B) , a 7' State side- <br /> line variance from the street line and a 10' State sideline <br /> variance from the street line. " "We are awaiting a hearing <br /> with the Conservation Commission. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by <br /> Mr. Michniewicz with the stipulation the Conservation Commis- <br /> sion issue an "Order of Conditions" , the dwelling shall <br /> tie--in to public water upon availability and the combined <br /> lots shall be recorded at the Registry of Deeds, Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br />
