Revised plans - 19 Winslows Road, 13 Fells Pond Road„and 28 Tradewind Drive <br /> 19 WINSLOW ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Plans do not require Board approval. <br /> 13 FELLS POND ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Plans were previously approved by <br /> the Board." "The Conservation Commission required revised plans therefore, a 5.1' <br /> sideline variance is now required to the actual pit." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 5' State sideline variance, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 28 TRADEWIND CIRCLE - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The original footprint of the house <br /> was 28' x 36' and is very close to the wetlands." "Revised plans now delineate a house <br /> 28' x 48' which is a significant increase however, the engineer has stated the house will <br /> remain a 2 bedroom dwelling." "The Board approved original plans in July pending an <br /> "Order of Conditions" from Conservation." "The number of proposed bedrooms is two." <br /> "The system design capacity is 549 g.p.d. which is capable of accommodating a five <br /> bedroom dwelling." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "As plans are stamped by the engineer we have to take him <br /> on his word." "The owner may add additional bedrooms in the future however, as far as <br /> we are concerned the system is still capable of handling three bedrooms." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve revised plans as submitted, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 12.) "One of the Health educator's would like to discuss organizing <br /> the logistics for a regional meeting with Board's of Health from the towns of Bourne, <br /> Sandwich, Falmouth and Mashpee." <br />
