MINUTES October 6, 1994 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram questioned Ms. Morin as to whether she has ever lived in Mashpee. <br /> Mr. Morin responded, "No." <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "In terms of fining the landlord we need to come up with <br /> some proof or have her admit that she did it." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I would recommend we request Mr. Morin to pick up the <br /> trash, dispose of it properly and we can close the case." <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Morin agreed with Mr. McQuaid's recommendation. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to rescind the $300.00 illegal dumping citation issued to <br /> Lisamarie Morin, (maiden name Madore), Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball directed the Agent to forward a letter to the landlady informing her we <br /> are aware she may be illegally disposing of her household refuse in town. <br /> 7.) Perc extension request, 138 Nini ret Avenue - Mr. McQuaid relayed, " The per <br /> expired August 13, 1994 of this year." "I would recommend the Board grant a six month <br /> extension from the date of expiration." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 6 month perc extension from the date of expiration, <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 8.) Public water connection 7 & 9 Windemere Way - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The <br /> lots are in the The Highlands subdivision." "Plans were previously submitted in July of <br /> this year." "I approved the plans based on the fact that no variances were required and <br /> they were to connect to town water." "We received revised plans which delineate <br /> proposed wells." "I reviewed the master plan which indicates that town water is available <br /> at The Highlands." "The two closest lots to Route 28 were approved with the well and <br /> septic as they were proposed to be built prior to town water becoming available." "Now <br /> town water is available." "The plans that I approved in July eliminated the wells." "The <br /> revised plans are based on the master plan which shows a well and leaching facility." "The <br /> same developer is developing the entire subdivision." "In my opinion we should require <br /> the developer to bring town water into these undeveloped lots." "No variances are <br /> necessitated." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "I would recommend we deny the application for the well and <br /> if the applicant wishes to appeal the decision he may come before the Board." <br /> i <br />
