Perc extension request, 24 Topping Lift and„38 Coombs Lane <br /> 24 Topping Lift - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a first pert extension request." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month pert extension from date of expiration, <br /> Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 38 Coombs Lane - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The engineers are aware that the health <br /> agents are inundated with Perc tests prior to the new Title V regulations." "The lot has <br /> been perked twice with satisfactory results." "They are requesting the Board consider a <br /> six moth extension from today's date." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month pert extension effective February 16, <br /> 1995 with the stipulation an agent of this Board and the engineer observe soils at the time <br /> of installation, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 8.) Variance requests - 60 Massasoit Avenue and 6 Ship's Rudder Drive <br /> 60 Massasoit Avenue - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a small 10,000 square foot lot." <br /> "The engineer is requesting two variances: A 40' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, (#61 Cappawack Road) and a 30' local variance from the <br /> proposed leaching facility to abutting well, (#51 Cappawack Road)." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the local variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. <br /> Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 6 Ship's Rudder Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The owner is requesting a 10' local <br /> variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (#4 Ship's Rudder <br /> Lane)." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 10' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br />
