MINUTES March 2, 1995 9 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the request for variance relief at #2 Cedar <br /> Street based on the close proximity of the proposed on-site leaching facility to the <br /> proposed abutting well, (#30 Devon Street), Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> &) Pere extension request, 61 ,Cappawack Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The initial <br /> perc was performed in April of 1994." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a six month perc extension from date of expiration, <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9.) Emergency Emergengy failure certification 29 Alma Road 36 Riverside Road and 343 Cotuit <br /> Road <br /> 29 ALMA ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the site and found the cesspool full." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 36 RIVERSIDE ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "I went out to the site and found the <br /> cesspool to be full." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> 343 COTUlT ROAD - Mr. Evans relayed, "The leach pit was full and sewage was <br /> overflowing onto the ground surface." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification' form. <br /> F.Y.I. <br /> Lyme Vaccine Trial - Acknowledged. <br /> 21_E Exemptions - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Banks now require 21 E investigations of any <br /> properties they are about to mortgage." "The memo from Town Counsel indicates that <br /> should the town take over any property for non-payment of taxes the town is absolved of <br /> any liability." "The town may go back to the owner at which time the hazardous spill <br /> occurred." <br />
