MINUTES March 30, 1995 8 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "The Board is willing to consider proposals that include <br /> a denitrification system." <br /> 4.) Memo from Town Counsel re: Title V"Grandfathering" - Acknowledged. <br /> 5.) Memo from Town Counsel re: Title V Workshop - Acknowledged. <br /> 6.) Tobacco Control Workshop - 4/7195 - Mr. Evans will attend the workshop. <br /> 7.) Commercial septic system - 96 Old Barnstable Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, <br /> "Flow calculations are low." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "A few extra galleys could be added." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to continue this application pending revised plans which <br /> indicate a larger Ieaching capacity, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 8.) Variance requests - 95 Bayshore Drive 8 Yachtsman Circle 35 Bayshore Drive <br /> 51 Monomoscoy Road 52 Wampanoap, Avenue 185 Old Barnstable Road 32 Ho an <br /> Drive, 11 Bearbegy Circle, 67 Alma Road, 25 Cutlass Lane_ 97 Amos Landing Road, 3 <br /> Santuit Pond Road, 7 Santuit Pond Road and 2 Cedar Street <br /> 95 Bayshore Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a preapproved subdivision." "The <br /> engineer is requesting a 5' local variance." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a 5' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to the proposed well, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 8 Yachtsman Circle - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a preapproved subdivision." "The <br /> engineer is requesting a 33' local variance from the proposed on-site well to abutting <br /> leaching facility, (#151 Great Pines Dr.), a 38' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to the proposed on-site well and a 3' local variance from the proposed on- <br /> site leaching facility to abutting well, (#12 Yachtsman Circle)." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the local variances as stated by Mr. McQuaid, Mr. <br /> Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 35 Bayshore Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a pre-approved subdivision." <br />
