"Now the owner is requesting the Board approve the original <br /> plans which propose 120' between the well and leaching facility." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the request for variance relief however, should the <br /> potability test fail the Board will reconsider their vote at that time, Mr. Cram seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Letter from Town Counsel re: McDonald litigation <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The McDonald's have requested to meet with the Board to <br /> discuss alternative septic systems." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Smoking Regulation <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I spoke with Stetson Hall in regards to the letter we sent <br /> to Holly O'Brien." "He is requesting to meet with the Board in Executive Session to <br /> discuss the situation and to discuss other aspects of the Tobacco Control Program." <br /> Mr. Doherty recommended Ms. O'Brien attend. <br /> Board members agreed to Mr. Hall's request and directed the Agent to invite Ms. <br /> O'Brien to attend. <br /> Transfer Station Brochure <br /> Board members reviewed the brochure and agreed to forward to the printer. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:45 p.m., Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Mayer, Adm.
