"We initially thought the dwelling on a third abutting lot serviced the dwellings <br /> on the other lot." "The owners of the parcel got together and determined the leaching <br /> systems for the three houses." "#372 is now connected to town water, although the town <br /> said the number is 372B." "372B still has a well, it should be hooked to town water." <br /> "The party that owns the two houses summers in one and rents the other." "I believe the <br /> rental is tied into town water." "After conferring with Mr. McQuaid it was determined <br /> each house would be best served by it's own septic system." "Both system will be the <br /> same size." "There will be 100' separation to the wetlands." "The consensus was to strip <br /> beneath the system to groundwater and refill will better soil in there." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Of all emergency certifications we have seen this is one of <br /> the most severe." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the necessary variance relief in order to repair the <br /> emergency situation, with the stipulation the health agent review and approve final plans, <br /> town water is connected to the dwelling at #372B Monomoscoy Road, (shown as #372 <br /> Monomoscoy Road on the Assessor's map) and the owner sign the affidavit for both <br /> dwellings which states there will be no increase in habitable space, Mr. Cram seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 13 Hornbeam Road - Mr. Sanicki questioned whether the Board would like a fully <br /> engineered plan with a perk test and design or a plot plan showing the well and distances <br /> to whatever is proposed." <br /> Mr. Evans responded, "I would like a plot plan." <br /> APPOINTMENT: S. Joseph DiMaggio - Transfer Station Operation <br /> Mr. Doherty stepped down from this matter as he found it to be a conflict of <br /> interest. <br /> Mr. DiMaggio was in attendance for this scheduled.appointment. <br /> Mr. Ball questioned Mr. DiMaggio as to why the glass load was found to be <br /> contaminated. <br />
