i <br /> MINUTES June 22, 1995 S BOARD OF I-IEALTH <br /> Mobile Food permit - Lewis Anderson d/b/a"Cape Cod Franks <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Mr. Anderson is requesting a mobile food license to operate a <br /> hot dog stand at Mashpee Commons." "He has received approve from Fields Point." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a mobile food permit to Mr. Lewis Anderson d/b/a <br /> "Cape Cod Franks", Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Request for fee waiver - Dino Mitrokostas at Mash pee Arts Council "Art Fair" <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Mr. Mitrokostas is requesting the Board waive the <br /> temporary food stand fee at the "Art Fair" which will be held on June 24, 1995." "There <br /> will be no charge for the food." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to waive the temporary food stand fee, Mr. Cram seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Request for temporary food stand permit, King Neptune Caterer's for Willowbend "Pro- <br /> Am" <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Mr. Schneider is requesting a temporary food stand permit for <br /> the Willowbend Pro-Am." <br /> I <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a temporary food stand permit to Mr. Robert <br /> Schneider d/b/a King Neptune Caterer's for the Willowbend Pro-Am event, Mr. Cram <br /> I <br /> seconded, all agreed, <br /> 175 Surf Drive <br /> i <br /> Mr. Robert Sherman, Conservation Commission Agent was in attendance for <br /> discussion. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Mr. Sherman and I share concerns on a vote that was taken <br /> last week on 175 Surf Drive." <br /> Mr. Sherman stated, "The decision was quite different from the one I have seen <br /> emanate from this Board in the past." "I would like some clarification from the Board so I <br /> understand it." "Your setback distance from wetlands is for what reason?" "Is it for <br /> continuation of pathogens?" <br />
