Disposal Works Permit extension request, 221 -Wading Place.,Road - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "This design was approved by myself in June of 1993 however a permit <br /> was not pulled." "I would recommend the Board grant a six month extension from the <br /> date of the request." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 6 month extension from today's date, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9.) Variance request, 160 Waterway - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "In order to maintain <br /> 100' from the edge of the wetlands they are proposing to install the leaching facility within <br /> 4' of the property line towards the street." "It's a new Title V design." "A pump system <br /> must be installed in order to put in the leaching facility higher then the foundation." <br /> Mr. Evans commented, "The distribution box must be larger enough to handle the <br /> surge." "A standard small d-box will not make it." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 6' State sideline variance with the stipulation the <br /> engineer revise plans to denote a d-box capable of handling the pumping surge, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS"' <br /> A.
