MINUTES June 29, 1995 21 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned, "Who said this?" <br /> Ms. Amaral responded, "Judy Titon." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "At H.A.C." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "Now I don't know where their band reaches or how far his <br /> hand reaches but I can't take no more of this." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned Ms. Amaral, "Do you understand what's happening now?" <br /> "The system will be fixed tomorrow." "The system will be fixed tomorrow providing that <br /> we get the contract." <br /> Mr. Evans stated, "We can keep it pumped." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "If not, we'll at least keep it pumped." <br /> Mr. Evans stated, "But, they have to cooperate and use water sparingly." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "I gone out, I bought bottled water." <br /> Mr. Evans stated, "That has nothing to do with it." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Oh no, we mean water that goes down, the drain either <br /> through showers, flushing or laundry." "That all goes into the system." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "What am I supposed to do with..." <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Continue doing that, Just don't use more then you have <br /> to." <br /> I <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "Try to take quick showers." "This will get done, we'll solve the <br /> problem." <br /> I <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to direct the agent to contact the owner and/or agent of the <br /> property by 8:00 a.m. on June 30, 1995 and inform them they must retain a contractor who <br /> shall be on site by 12:00 noon of the same day to repair the leaching facility, if the owner <br /> has not retained a contractor by said time the Board shall impose the maximum fines as <br /> permitted by law and will move forward and retain a contractor to repair the system; in <br /> addition should the town incur any expenses relative to pumping and/or the repair the <br />
