MINUTES June 29, 1995 I0 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "No, I'm going over, intentionally?" <br /> Mr. Doherty reiterated his statement, "If they pumped it this morning, unless you <br /> are intentionally tried to flood the tank I don't understand where all this..." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "First of all I don't intentionally do anything." "I want these <br /> people to fix their garbage." <br /> Ms. Doherty stated, "Well I'll tell you what will happen." "These people will fix <br /> the system... <br /> Ms. Amaral interrupted, "Good." <br /> Mr. Doherty continued, "In accordance with the law and to the letter of the law." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "I've been in touch with several people today, I hope some of <br /> them have called you, I know they have and I am tired or it, all right." "I don't <br /> intentionally do anything." "I am not flooding their damn system, the thing is a piece of <br /> junk." "I have had four to five engineers tell me that." "Now don't tell me I am <br /> intentionally flooding a tank." "I won't allow you to say that to me." "I have been <br /> harassed and I have been yelled at and I am not going to take it any more." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "If you don't stop yelling a lot of more people are going to <br /> yell at you." "Calm down or leave." <br /> Ms. Amaral, "I don't give a damn at this point." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, `'Now calm down or leave." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "No, I will not leave sir." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Call the police." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "You go right ahead because it's been documented and they <br /> want it to happen." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Call the police, 1 want an officer here now." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "Good, call them right now." "You call the safety inspector, <br /> he's got it documented all the way through so you go right ahead and call 1%im." <br /> r� <br />
