Mr. Bal! opposed. <br /> Fee waiver request =Arts Council "Octoberfest" <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Members of the Arts Council are requesting the Board waive <br /> the, fee for a temporary food stand at the "Octoberfest"." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to waive the fee as requested, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br />
