MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES <br /> December 21 , 1988 <br /> Meeting commenced at 6 : 30 P .M. <br /> Board Members Present: Tony Ferragamo, Judy Mills , Louise <br /> Behrman, Scott McAskill <br /> Also present : Charles Rowley <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> Applicant : Edward Govoni <br /> Location: James Circle <br /> Request: Submission of 2-lot ANR, combining 3 lots into <br /> 2 . <br /> Louise motioned to endorse the ANR. Seconded by Scott <br /> McAskill . All Board members were in favor. <br /> Public Hearings <br /> Applicant: Lockstore Realty Trust <br /> Location: Rte . 130 opposite Juniper Drive <br /> Request: Public Hearing to review the Special permit <br /> Application of Lockstore for a mini-warehouse <br /> complex to be developed on a 6 . 35 acre parcel <br /> of land on the south side of Rte. 130. <br /> Scott McAskill stepped down. <br /> Mr . Kerrigan was present representing Lockstore Realty <br /> Trust . <br /> Tony explained that for a special permit approval , the by <br /> laws require a 4/5 approval of the board. This evening one <br /> member is not present Mich Jonas who is an abutter an would <br /> probably step down) and one board member (Scott McAskill <br /> because of a conflict) has stepped down. Tony will try to <br /> contact Town Council to get his opinion on this matter but <br /> he assumes he will probably ask one member with a conflict <br /> to sit. <br /> The decision of whether or not to hold the public hearing <br /> this evening was left to Mr . Kerrigan. He asked to go ahead <br /> with the hearing. <br /> Mr Warwick of William Warwick and Assoc . in Falmouth was <br /> present to outline the plans . He explained that part of <br /> the property is in business zone C-2 and part in residential <br /> zone R-5 . The purpose of warehousing will be conducted on <br /> the business section of the parcel . There will be 39 , 200 sq <br /> feet of warehouse , 2 , 000 sq feet of office 64 , 800 sq feet of <br /> paved area including parking, roads etc . and 172 , 000 sq. <br /> feet of open space. 46 parking spaces required and <br /> therefore included and a proposed landscape design was <br /> included. <br />
