Representative for The Bonwood Co. asked the Board where <br /> they stand on the golf course issue since it needs to be <br /> cleared immediately to be playable next year . <br /> Tony explained that the building inspector would be person <br /> to answer this question. <br /> Will file reports for Charlie to review before next <br /> scheduled hearing <br /> Applicant : Dolphin Bay Corp. <br /> Location: Off Noisy Hole Road adjacent to Sea Oaks <br /> Condos . <br /> Request: Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Definitive Plan for a 3-10t subdivision <br /> known as "Dolphin Bay" . Public hearing began <br /> 11/4/87 . <br /> Louise motioned to continue hearing until Jan. 18th at 9 : 30 . <br /> Judy seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor . <br /> Tony suggested to the applicant that they check with <br /> Planners office prior to Jan. 18 to see if anything was <br /> received from Town Council . <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Applicant: Paderborn Development <br /> Location: Off Old Barnstable Road <br /> Request : Release of Covenants on all lots in Childs <br /> River West subdivision. <br /> Arthur DePalmer was present to request release of covenants <br /> on Childs River West . He met with Mr. Rowley, there is <br /> still a small amount of work which needs to be done , small <br /> amount of grass which must come up and raking which needs to <br /> be done . <br /> Scott motioned to release all covenants . Louise seconded <br /> the motion. All Board members were in favor . <br /> Applicant: Lebel/Solows <br /> Location: Beechwood Point Condos <br /> Request: Release of $80, 000 held as security on <br /> completion of roadwork at Beechwood Point <br /> Ms . Warren was present representing Lebel/Solows . Charlie <br /> stated that he did not see bounds . Ms Warren was lead to <br /> believe that a portion of asphalt was all that was needed to <br /> be done . The Board asked that a technical representative <br /> for the applicant go over these issues with Charlie (setting <br /> the bounds and section which needs to be repaved) . <br /> Tony asked that they present a properly prepared estimate as <br /> to what it will cost to complete work . They must then sand <br /> letters stating work has been completed to Charlie and h,, <br /> will go look at it . They should also bring proper release <br /> forms . <br />
