Commercial septic plan, 387 Route 151 - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a <br /> proposed building adjacent to Finally Dino's." "It is a small retail building." `Based on <br /> the square footage of the retail building and Title V requirements the septic system is <br /> required to handle 224 gallons per day which is less than a three bedroom house." "The <br /> applicant is proposing 355 gallons per day." "It is 184' from the edge of vegetated <br /> wetlands." "There are road drains involved." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "A reserve area will be required." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "With 224 gallons per day which is less than a three bedroom <br /> house is a reserve necessary?" <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "Yes." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Yes." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "If the applicant does not wish to install a reserve then a <br /> denitrification unit will be required." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the commercial septic plan with the stipulation revised <br /> plans are submitted indicating a reserve area and that M.D.C_ type drains are installed, Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9.) Emergency failure certification 325 Red Brook Road - Mr. McQuaid stated, "I <br /> inspected the site and found the leach pit full."
