MINUTES July 30, 1998 5 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Acknowledged_ <br /> 4.) Emergency re air certification 148 West Wa - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I <br /> inspected the site and found the leach pit full." "The reserve will be installed as per plan." <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Variance request 56 Wakeby Road <br /> Mr_ McQuaid stated, "The well is on the abutting property." "The owner of 56 <br /> Wakeby Road owns the abutting lot." "It is an extremely big lot." "The applicant is <br /> requesting a 10' sideline variance." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 10' sideline variance, Mr. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> I <br /> Variance request - 7 Santuit Pond Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "In order to maintain the maximum distance to the wetlands <br /> the applicant is proposing a 0' lot line variance and the well will be 118' from the <br /> proposed leaching facility where 150' is required." "This is a failed system with a <br /> voluntary upgrade." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 10' sideline variance and a 32' local variance fra. ; i+:: <br /> the on-site existing well to the proposed on-site leaching facility, Mr. Doherty seco <br /> all agreed." <br /> Human Services Committee Coordinator(draft) <br /> Mr. Evans stated, "The committee would like to send out the original request for <br /> proposal to the newspaper and then presumably committee members will redo the second <br /> part that being the background and scope of work." "They plan to have this done within <br /> the next few days." <br /> Board members discussed scope of work requirements at which time minor <br /> changes were made. Board members would like to review the final draft prior to public <br /> notice. <br />
