MINUTES August 27, 1998 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram questioned, "Such as?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian responded, "Such as a business relationship, future, present, <br /> contemplated, past, regarding rendering any type of service to the Corporation, New <br /> Seabury,New Seabury Limited Partnership." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "At this point right now I feel extremely insulted and I think <br /> you're extremely out of line in regards to your request." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "Why, I'm simply asking that the Board make sure..." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "I feel personally insulted." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "Well, you shouldn't be." <br /> Mr. Cram responded, "I'm sorry, I do." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "Any public servant..." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "And I have tried to be very patient, very understanding." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "Any Board member is considered a public servant." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Exactly." "We are voted in by a town of people." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "Right and if you have a conflict of interest you need to <br /> remove yourself" <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Exactly, which we have done." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "And all I am asking is to ask any Board who has any <br /> potential conflict of interest to remove themselves from any further discussion on this <br /> matter." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "You've expressed your personal opinion at this point, am I <br /> correct?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian responded, "Yes." <br />
