MINUTES August 27, 1998 5 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "I'm going to express mine right now." "I really feel as though <br /> you have really been a big hindrance in regards to this total proposal." "I tried to bear <br /> with you as a property owner and be understanding and sympathize with you but <br /> unfortunately you are really trying my patience." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "That's not my intent." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Well unfortunately, that is the opinion that I have formed as a <br /> result of what has happened at this point." "I'm trying to be fair." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "You need to walk in my shoes before you judge me." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "You've never walked in my shoes either have you sir?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian responded, "I haven't accused you of anything either." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Well you saying we are impartial as a Board is that not <br /> correct?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "I simply requested that if any member of this Board has any <br /> potential conflict of interest then to please remove themselves." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "To my knowledge there is none." "Has it been clarified in your <br /> mind at this point?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "That's your knowledge, what about the other members." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "I'm asking you, has it been clarified in you mind at this point?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian responded, "Yes." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Thank you sir." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "Can we move on?" <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "All right." "I have been debating this for the last week to the <br /> point where I sat down and wrote myself a note." "I'm trying to be fair in regards to this <br /> whole situation all right."
