MINUTES August 27, 1998 7 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "If we have to go to court fine." <br /> Mr. Ball questioned, "Do you have the variances requested on last weeks?" <br /> Mr. Crrotske responded, "I have a copy of those, yes." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Each individual?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian questioned, "How can you accept to have locations on lots that don't <br /> even exist." "They are not in existence." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "How can we accept your objection when we don't know where <br /> your well is." "For some reason unbeknownst to us you refuse to disclose it." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "I'll tell you where my well is, if you want to know where my <br /> well is." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Yes we do, we've asked that three times." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "Those lots do not exist as they appear on that plan." <br /> Mr. Cram questioned Mr. Eynatian, "Where is your well sir?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian responded, "It's on my property." <br /> Mr. Cram questioned, "Where?" <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "I'll be happy to show the Board." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I would like to go on record, if Bob agrees, that we will offer to <br /> test your water at no cost." <br /> Mr. Eynatian stated, "You're putting the town at risk here because you're <br /> accepting applications for septic systems on lots that not only don't exist but are tax <br /> delinquent in the form that they existed in." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "We disagree with you." `Based on the information that was <br /> presented to us that these taxes and etc. as you're referring to will be satisfied upon <br /> approval." <br />
