It's going to open up a can of worms." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the request by the Mashpee Wampanoag Indian <br /> Tribal Council to purchase a residential or commercial transfer station sticker. <br /> Mr. Cram seconded the motion. Motion denied. <br /> Reappointment of Assistant Health Agent <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to reappoint the Veronica Mayer for one year as the <br /> Assistant Health Agent. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Release of S. Joseph DiMapy�io's Performance Bond and final payment <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "On Wednesday there were a few things that needed to be <br /> done. I told Mr. Cassanelli that I would be out there tomorrow morning to <br /> make sure that what was promised to be done was done. Based on that and <br /> the way that things looked, I would recommend that we release Joe's final pay <br /> and the performance bond." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to release the performance bond and final with the <br /> stipulation that Mr. McQuaid perform a final inspection on Friday, July 1, <br /> 1999. Mr. Ball seconded the motion.
