Motion Passed.
Variance 5 Sugar Pine Circle
Mr. McQuaid commented that there is a dentist at 5 Sugar Pine Circle who
wants to have a dental office at his private residence. He was asked to redesign
the septic system to include the dental office. Mr. McQuaid questioned that
based on the fact that one-half of the system is now commercial, does he put
the reserve in or get a variance. Also, he needs to address where the medical
waste is going to go.
The request for variance was continued, as the Board needs more information
from the applicant.
Being no further business, Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 9:20 p.m.,
Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed.
pectful submitte ,
J lia Z Col ,
oard S ret
i
i
