MINUTES November 30, 2000 5 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Town of Bourne landfill instead. He would report where he disposed of it. Mr. Brennan <br /> suggested Mr. DiMaggio applied for a Very Small Quantity Generator permit, <br /> which Mr. DiMaggio did at the time. He is now licensed as a VSQG for waste oil <br /> and hazardous wastes. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> a. Resource Recove <br /> Ms. Warden informed Board members that Resource Recovery has increased <br /> their price for picking up recyclable cardboard from $150.00 per haul to <br /> $225.00 per haul. <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> b. Drainage Swales <br /> Discussion took place among Board members regarding open drainage swales <br /> and the potential for them creating mosquito breeding grounds. Board <br /> members directed Assistant Health Agent Warden to forward a memo to the <br /> Planning Board regarding their concerns. <br /> C. Transfer Station Sticker rates <br /> Mr. Santos requested that the Board consider the transfer station sticker fees <br /> for the next fiscal year. Board members agreed to put this item on the agenda <br /> for their next meeting. <br /> C. Nitrogen Sensitive Embayments <br /> Discussion took place regarding the designation of nitrogen sensitive <br /> embayments for a future regulation. <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Doherty motioned to adjourn this meeting at 9:00 p.m., <br /> Mr. Santos seconded, all agreed. <br /> ;Re 'pe 1 submitted, <br /> c B.
