Bonito was unable to provide a name or telephone number to the Chairman upon request. She further stated she had paid this person on a cash basis, and that this person s fees were the lowest which is the reason she hired him. Ms . Bonito stated, ."And I would be willing to go pick it up, I just don' t know what I 'm picking up and where am I going?" John Doherty determined it is not the responsibility of the Board to .find this person who had been hired by Ms. Bonito; and that essentially the trash belongs to her. Veronica warden suggested it would be acceptable for Ms . Bonito to agree to pick up trash in a particular area of Noisy Hole Road, and offered to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time to do so. The Chairman offered a free one day pass to the Transfer Station, if needed. The Chairman entertained a motion to rescind. MOTION: John Doherty made a Motion to rescind the citation in this matter; which Motion was seconded by Glenn Santos and so voted unanimously.
