Article 66 (continued) <br /> 9. 343 Where land is permanently dedicated as open <br /> space in conformance with the requirements of <br /> Subsection 9 . 33 , the residential units (as <br /> defined in Subsection 9 . 342 above) which <br /> would otherwise have been allowed on such <br /> specific area of land may be transferred to <br /> another portion or parcel of the OSID (subject <br /> to the conditions listed in Subsection 9.33) . <br /> Depending on the level of environmental , <br /> scenic and public value and on the ultimate <br /> level of public access to or ownership o4 the <br /> land so dedicated, the residential units <br /> transferred may be subject to the following <br /> bonus multipliers: <br /> ( a) On the basis of location , one of <br /> the following multipliers may <br /> be applied: <br /> 1 . 5 for lands fronting on <br /> salt water or salt water <br /> wetland ( including any water <br /> body subject to tidal action) <br /> where a minimum of two hundred <br /> ( 200) feet back from the water <br /> or wetland are preserved ( lands <br /> within 300 fee+. back +rvvi the <br /> water or wetland may qualify for <br /> this bonus) ; <br /> I . 35 for lands fronting on <br /> fresh water ponds over ten <br /> ( 10) acres, on non-tidal portions <br /> of the Mashpee , Duashnet , Santuit <br /> or Childs Rivers, Red Brook or <br /> Quaker Run (below .Route 28) , or on <br /> .adjacent +resh water wetl arias <br /> were a minimum of two hundre;2 <br /> ( 00 ) feet back from the .wad.>r or <br /> wetland .are preserved ( lands within <br /> :300 feet back from the water or <br /> wetland may qualify for this bonus : . <br /> Also , lands within groundwater <br /> recharge areas of any salt. or fresr. <br /> water bax or pond over tell ( 10 ) <br /> .acres or V ,any ,public water suppi <br /> 1")e 1 1 ma;� al so qual i fy for th i <br /> bonus , <br /> 1 . 10 for lands ad.jacent <br /> to and .41 th , n one hundred <br /> 100 ) feet of any of the <br /> arterial roads specified in <br />
