Article 66 (continued) 9. 343 Where land is permanently dedicated as open space in conformance with the requirements of Subsection 9 . 33 , the residential units (as defined in Subsection 9 . 342 above) which would otherwise have been allowed on such specific area of land may be transferred to another portion or parcel of the OSID (subject to the conditions listed in Subsection 9.33) .
