Article 66 (continued) <br /> with Subsection 9. 334 (b) ; <br /> 1 .0 for lands dedicated in <br /> conformance with Subsection <br /> 9 . 334 (c ) ; <br /> The bonus multipliers allowed by ( a) , ( b) and (c) for any particular <br /> residential unit may be multiplied to determine the maximum number c,T <br /> units available for transfer from the portion of the preserved open <br /> space where that unit could otherwise have been built ( a x b x c = <br /> total units allowed for transfer of each unit) . That number is in <br /> ,lieu of the base unit , not in addition to it . <br /> 9.344 Where residential units approved under a <br /> special permit as specified in Subsection <br /> 9..342 (b) are to be transferred, a minimum <br /> of fifteen thousand ( 15 ,000) square feet .of land, <br /> or the total area of the site _covered by the special <br /> permit divided by the number of units so approved, <br /> whichever is larger , shall be permanently preserved <br /> per each residential unit to be transferred.
