Article 66 (continued) <br /> Subsection 9 . 32 shall require Board of Appeals approval . <br /> 9.371 Pre Application Conferences - Prior to the <br /> submission of a formal appl i cation for a <br /> special permit to develop an Open Space <br /> Incentive Development , the applicant shall <br /> confer at a public meeting with the Planning <br /> Board , Conservation Commission , Board of Appeals, <br /> Design P,en i e: �wmmi t tee and Board of Health to obtain <br /> information and guidance before entering into binding <br /> commitments or incurring substantial expense in the <br /> preparation o+ detailed plans , surveys and <br /> other data , to present to each board a <br /> preliminary master plan of the development and to <br /> allow each board to make comments on the proposal in <br /> order to minimize potential problems at later stages <br /> of the application process . In addition to such <br /> pre-application conference , the applicant <br /> should arrange for site visits by members of <br /> each board . <br /> The following items shall be submitted to <br /> each board at least seven days prior to <br /> each pre-applicaticn: Conference and to the <br /> Town Planner , the Superintendent of Streets, <br /> the Fire Chie+ , Police Chief and the <br /> consulting engineer to the Planning Board <br /> at least seven days prior to the first of <br /> such conferences: <br /> r a , A topogr aph i s p t .an of the en i re' <br /> site , including all parcels <br /> proposed for open space or for <br /> development , showing topography <br /> at f i ve ( 5V foot contour intervals <br /> or less , all existing paled and <br /> improved roads , ways .and trails and <br /> all existing structure_. . <br /> natural resource map or maps , on <br /> a cop ; or copies o+ the topographic <br /> plan , indicating ail wetlands as <br /> tevined by M .
