Article 66 (continued) entire OSID in conformance with all provisions of Section a . 3 , except that a special permit granted under the provisions of this paragraph shall not expire and any bonus units shall continue in force until used by the owner , his heir or assign in an approved OSID . Otherwise , a special permit for an Open Space Incentive Development shall become void if the developer has not appl i ed for a bui.l di ng permit for or constructed the proposed improvements contained in the phasing schedule and conditions of the permit within two years of the dates specified on the phasing schedule . If the permit does become void, there shall be no effect on the ownership and location of the required open space areas or ` on the number .of units originally approved under the bonus provisions z,f this Section . However , the developer shall resubmit plans for the developed portion of the OSID, and .any such plans shall be reviewed by the Board of Appeals , Board of Heal th , Planning Board -and any other agencies having applicable regulatory powers under the regulations in effect at the time of resubmission.
