The program was established in 2009 <br /> as a collaborative effort between the Town of Mashpee,the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and the Coastal <br /> Systems Program at the School of Marine Science and Technology (SMAST) in Dartmouth. <br /> The program has been successful.However,the Tribe has withdrawn, and the Towns financial obligation is <br /> anticipated to increase by $68,000 over the next 3-years. This will be a fiscal challenge in FY 2026. <br /> TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> Review-of Reouest for Deficit A�roval to De cit Spe <br /> nd $nqW & Ice for..FY25,: <br /> For informational purposes, it was noted the Chief Procurement Officer, a position held by the Town <br /> Manager has the authority to deficit spend the Snow &fee Account.
