� 1 <br /> Article 49. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law, <br /> as amended, of the Town of Mashpee, as follows; or take any other action thereon; <br /> Section 3.1: Add the following under Residence Districts: "R-4" and "R-S". <br /> Add the following after C-1 in Commercial Districts: <br /> 11C-1-SV Incentive Zone" and "C-1-0 Incentive Zone." <br /> After the words "Mashpee River" add the words "and Quashnet <br /> River" to the designation presently shown as "Mashpee River <br /> Protective District." <br /> Section 3.2: After the words "Mashpee River" add the words "and <br /> Quashnet River" and after the word "dated," replace the date <br /> "May 9, 1979" with the date May 2, 1983." <br /> Section 4.8: Add new Section 4.8 as follows: "In the C-t-SV Incentive <br /> Zoning District and C-1-0 Incentive Zoning District lot <br /> owners may elect to follow the provisions of the C-1 <br /> Commercial Zoning District. Lot owners must choose to <br /> follow entirely the provisions of the incentive zone in <br /> which their property ro lies or the underlying C-1 Commercial <br /> y <br /> Zoning District provisions. The two sets of provisions <br /> cannot be mixed." <br /> Section 6.3: Remove the existing "Table of Use Regulations" and substitute <br /> in its place an amended "table of Use Regulations" as follows: <br /> "TABLE OF USE REGULATIONS <br /> PRINCIPAL USES RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL <br /> Rl R2 R3 R4 R5 C: CL-0Y CI-0 C2 1 <br /> A.
