In doing so, they noticed the website <br />required some updates and revamping. <br /> <br />The Library Director printed out the Website as a document to hand out to the <br />Trustees: a section-by-section re-design/refresh of the entire site. We can start in <br />sections and reference other libraries, in terms of elements or design. <br />The Chair would like to start the new year off with some goals. They did not tape <br />their presentation but there is a thumb drive. The presentation took up an hour and <br />they closed with the stuffy sleepover. The Mashpee Men’s Club would like a <br />presentation. They could host a Chamber After Hours or plan to do more similar <br />outreach with other local groups. <br />The Strategic Plan is good through 2026. Ann Macdonald is curious when they start <br />working on the next one. Maintaining a Strategic Plan is a requirement to qualify for <br />state grants or funding programs.
