To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout and definition of Hooppole Road with boundaries and measurements as reported by the Selectmen, on or before December 30, 1983, as shown on a plan filed with the Town Clerk, and instruct the Selectmen to purchase or take by eminent domain on behalf of the Town of Mashpee, the land or an interest in the land within the sidelines of said layout for this purpose. Amend to read December 30, 1984 So voted Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to discontinue so much of Great Oak Road as exists within the boundary of South Cape Beach State Park and to discontinue all other town ways, if any, within the perimeter of the South Cape Beach State Park, said discontinuance being expressly conditional upon the Commonwealth of Massachusetts granting to the inhabitants of the Town, in a form acceptable to the Board of Selectmen, rights in perpetuity for purposes of access to property now or hereafter owned by the Town which was formerly accessed by Great Oak Road, ' 4 So voted Article 34.
