After completion of feasibility study, part of our worry is the building is <br />structurally safe, its in a secluded area. Feas study 14,500 – <br />MWC concern by Drew McManus, update on bog, progress. He feels the building is best left <br />where it is. Ava there is concern with the neighborhood – how policed, etc vandalism. Moving <br />it takes the historical part out of it. Not in its historical context. <br />Feasibility to assess building – leave or move If to move is it an option, limited access with <br />remote access. Discussion what does the town want to happen, conceptual design. Identify <br />location, conceptual layout, Survey move to a new site. Feas, determine the age of the building. <br />CR – Native Land Conservancy keep them informed – SB approval for town owned land. <br />Protects to be restored to the secretary of standards, with a historic restriction <br />$59,500 MW 2024 application from 10% historic purpose reserve. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Review & Vote on draft Special Town Articles approved for recommended funding: <br />Special Town Meeting Article – Appropriation of Surplus Funds to CPC Reserves: MW <br />appropriate to each of the 10% categories, and approve article on the warrant MWC 9-0. <br /> <br />
